Creates an Image with a static web-page using docker CLI commands
(not using a Dockerfile)

- starts a container from the latest nginx image
- copies a static webpage to it using docker cp
- creates an image from the container using docker commit
- starts the newly created image
- cleans up on keypress after telling the user how to view the webpage
